Coming from nearly three decades of corporate leadership experience, I lived the challenges: pressure to deliver results, customer demands, workforce dynamics, complex regulatory environments, etc.
The truth is that achieving results in our complex world requires leadership across and up and down the organization. We don’t need heroic leaders. We need leaders and teams working together across the organization. Leadership is a team sport.
