Experience to Leverage.
I’ve been coaching leaders for more than twenty years and I also bring thirty years of corporate leadership experience to every engagement. I understand the leadership challenges of building high performing teams, navigating organizational politics, and delivering results. I’ve learned from many successes and some failures too.
Learning is core to who I am and I continue building capabilities through direct coaching supervision, mastermind groups, and mentoring. I take the best of what people are doing and incorporate it into my practice. And yes, I also have my own coach. By surrounding myself with diverse people and ideas, I “push potential” in myself and my practice. So, my clients benefit from experiences greater than theirs and mine alone.
Today I help leaders align key business priorities with targeted people strategies that actually impact business. Together, we leverage your experience with my experience in sales, performance consulting, leadership and executive development, succession planning, team facilitation, and change management. We partner to drive new results.
My financial services career includes Old National Bank, Banc One (now JPMorgan Chase) and U.S. Bank. I’ve held leadership roles across marketing, training, career development, organizational development, leadership and talent including Director of Marketing, Director of Performance Improvement and Training, Chief Learning Officer and Director of Leadership Development and Talent Management.
I am an ICF ACC coach trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching. My B.A. was in Telecommunications at Indiana University and my M.Ed. was in Executive Human Resource Development at Xavier University. With many certifications across the leadership, organization development, and talent space, I have developed a toolbox that together with my experience, powers my practice and allows us to create custom solutions for you, your team, and your organization.
I enjoy cycling, hiking, and tennis and pizza with a good craft brew. Together with my husband, we have raised three awesome kids and we’re now designing our life’s next phase.
